Introduction
The workplace health programs can be implemented to control and improve the various individual employees and the general staff organization. The type of choice and selection strategies and the intervention that can be used to control and prevent diabetes among the organization workers can focus on a different level within any public organization such as:
Individuals
Individuals, in this case, include the employees. Their lifestyle, their health behavior and the condition of their health status in general together with their current health status whether infected with the disease or not to ensure that it is controlled and maintained among members. Wareham (2014) argues that various lifestyle intervention that is mainly targeting weight loss, for example, the types that are majorly delivered through the Diabetes Prevention Programs in most cases tends to reduce the development of type 2 diabetes(Wareham, 2014). The technology-mediated intervention can, therefore, be a very significant factor to help in overcoming the barriers that may hinder the delivery of the program and at the same time to disseminate the diabetes control and prevention programs on large scale basis.
Interpersonal
This can be described as the element of the employee and the social network that includes the relationship between the employee and the managers, family members and the general coworkers that in most cases provides the support to the individual who may infected with the disease or the family members that might be affected in one way or the other.
Monitoring and Implementation of Technology-Mediated Diabetes Prevention Interventions
Theoretically, the implementation and monitoring of the prediabetic conditions would greatly help to reduce the diabetic issue and burden more in the working place and the healthcare system. There are several factors that can hinder someone from implementing the technology-mediated diabetes prevention and intervention and this includes such factors like culture and refusal to adapt to the lifestyle modification. The lifestyle intervention that the technology-mediated diabetes prevention interventions are working out to administer is the diet and the physical activities requirement that will ensure that there is reduced body weight, therefore, leading to control of diabetic related infections. The arising challenges within the workplace and the health sector can, therefore, be addressed through educating the people on the importance of the intervention and the kind of activities and lifestyle changes that will enable us to achieve the conditions.
Conclusion
The combination of strategies and intervention within the workplace can play a very important role in managing diabetes within the organization (Wareham, 2014). It is therefore so much important that the workplace health program and strategies help to contain and asses the individual and the organization level of strategies that can assist the interventions to influence the health conditions of an individual within the organization. The technological mediation diabetes control program can, therefore, result in significant clinical importance and improvement among the workers if applied in a proper manner (Wareham, 2014).
