Introduction

The general marketing activity in the entire school requires qualified marketing team with the technical know-how on the market trends (Goulding 2005). As a marketing manager in the school purchasing committee ready to undertake the computer upgrade systems and the general configurations amidst all the challenges in the marketing field. Notably, we highly recommend the inclusion of an IT consultant in the team to help provide the relevant guideline (Goulding 2005). It is worth acknowledging the fact that, several stakeholders alongside the other departments in the entire institution have greatly influenced the upgrading process as a whole. Among the influential stakeholders includes the Board of directors in the school's finance department, development committee as well as the relevant teaching fraternity. Significantly, the development committee along with the IT expert endure the group of person and departments with a more significant influence in the entire buying centre. This is because they are more conversant with the expected standard of the intended upgrading system as well as the trending marketing dynamics for the IT expert (Goulding 2005).

Basically, as a marketing manager, I would employ relevant strategies to the decision makers with the aim of winning the business. Such approaches include sharing the product socially especially to the school development committee on the materials needed in the entire upgrading system. On the other hand by offering the discount to the subscriber is one of the most effective strategies suitable to new customer, in this case, the school development committee. A mother most effective strategy of winning the trust of the entire committee entails employing the brand ambassadors to help rave for the new customers in both social media (Gregoire & Strohbehn 2005). It is worth acknowledging the fact that, the brand ambassadors can help carry sample products physically as well as sharing the products in the entire market.

Conversely, in the whole marketing field. The common obstacles, in this case, may include lack of estimating enough budgets for the whole of the upgrading process. The higher budget for the marketing team might pose a more significant challenge which might render the target un-attainable (Gregoire & Strohbehn 2005).

Conclusion

In conclusion, the general marketing environment is often complicated to analyse depending on the constant shift in the marketing trends in the entire business environment. In addition, several obstacles such as inappropriate budgeting, as well as the continuous change in technology, significantly affect marketing activities.
