Stereotypes are ways through which individuals generalize behavior specifically that which is different from their own. The conservative dress specifically dark conservative attires especially business suits for men and conservative dresses for women is a form of stereotype. It is because it does not take into account the various cultural customs and beliefs. They are problematic when creating relationships because the message sent and received may not be the appropriate one.

Facial expressions, which often express concern, fear, or anger. They include smiles, grins, and sneers.

Building trust and respect is essential because they help build character, consistency, predictability, dependability, reliability, insight, expertise, and experience. They help in being objective, accessibility, maintaining confidences and delivering promises. For example, trust and respect towards a stakeholder will ensure the stakeholder maintains confidence and delivers on promises made.

Lying or distorting the truth is never okay because it may work for the first time but when it is discovered, credibility, which represents everything in diplomacy and PR will be lost. For example when trying to acquire a new investor then a company lies when framing the argument, it may get the investor, but the lie may come out in the future leading to the loss of the companys credibility.

Framing is important for influence because; people will get a clear notice of what one is trying to pass forward, it helps in convincing the audience that they cannot live without the idea being passed forward and a less compelling argument will lead to a minimal impact in everything being passed forward.
