Stereotypes are ways through which individuals generalize behavior specifically that which is different from their own. The conservative dress specifically dark conservative attires especially business suits for men and conservative dresses for women is a form of stereotype. It is because it does not take into account the various cultural customs and beliefs. They are problematic when creating relationships because the message sent and received may not be the appropriate one.
Cultures, can they affect personality? Culture of nation how it makes it better or worse
Culture is a way of life of a given community. It is an iceberg made up different complex issues including language, beliefs, values, food, appearance, perceptions, communication styles and much more. Culture affects one personality through determining the individuals perception, memories, preferences, senses, relationships, and philosophy. A nations culture helps it develop systems that ensure it efficiently interacts with others while it will also lead to the development of stereotypes and prejudice towards cultures from different nations.

It is the technique of inducing another person to talk, guiding a conversation to a path that one develops, asking questions that are right in the right manner and the right way, and making a conversation interesting to a contact. Elicitation in business protocol helps in acquiring necessary information from an individual who may not have it. It also helps get information from a person who has agreed to have it but does not support the purpose for wanting the information.

Elements of non-verbal communication include Kinesis, which involves posture and physical movements. It includes walking out, circling, and standing up. Another element is eye movement, which involves the maintaining of eye contact, for example, keeping an eye contact, but not starring. It helps convey truthfulness and security. Facial expressions, which often express concern, fear, or anger. They include smiles, grins, and sneers.

Building trust and respect is essential because they help build character, consistency, predictability, dependability, reliability, insight, expertise, and experience. They help in being objective, accessibility, maintaining confidences and delivering promises. For example, trust and respect towards a stakeholder will ensure the stakeholder maintains confidence and delivers on promises made.
Framing an argument, okay to lie or distort the truth when framing an argument agree or disagree. Why + provide an example.
Lying or distorting the truth is never okay because it may work for the first time but when it is discovered, credibility, which represents everything in diplomacy and PR will be lost. For example when trying to acquire a new investor then a company lies when framing the argument, it may get the investor, but the lie may come out in the future leading to the loss of the companys credibility.

Framing is important for influence because; people will get a clear notice of what one is trying to pass forward, it helps in convincing the audience that they cannot live without the idea being passed forward and a less compelling argument will lead to a minimal impact in everything being passed forward.
