Introduction

I work as a system security manager in Microsoft Corporation, a company that has invested in manufacturing, of computer programs, licensing, and selling them. I began working in this company in the year 2005 as a system analyst, and later in 2009, I was promoted to the current job position. My main responsibility is to ensure that the information in the enterprise is secured through various ways including designing, employing and enforcing security measures, policies, safeguards, and procedures as well as managing members of staff in my department. Other responsibilities include providing guidelines for recruiting software programs to help in accomplishing system security strategies; this involves selecting, training, orienting, scheduling, assigning, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees. I chose to develop my career in the field of the computer, for I was passionate about learning computer science from my primary education. Protecting computer assets through the creation of security strategies and guiding system control, evaluation, and monitoring of data traffics is also my responsibility.

My uncle David was my role model; he was so committed and hardworking while working as a software programmer. He enjoyed his work, and from then, I began to admire working as he did. He retired while I was still in high school, and I thought I was going to his successor. His help in my education progress and performance. This made him one of the important people in my family. He acted as my teacher and motivator we were at home. Also, my father, Anthony is one of the people who helped me in achieving my dreams. his support in through the course of my studies is one of the factors that made me realize my destiny. I finished high school and joined the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). This school was founded in the year 1891, it was first called Throop university by Gagger Amos, later in 1913 it was renamed as Throop College of Technology and earned its current name in 1910.

I enrolled for a bachelor's degree in computer science at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in 1998, joining this institute is one of the best achievements of my life. My uncle studied in this same institution, and I believed that I was going to achieve the best afterward and so I did. I always wanted to attain the highest grades in class. My main focus was on practical skills. Most of the lessons involved practical studies and not just theory. Right after every theory class, I could join a group of friends for practice studies. My friendship with Adams and Jason began in this institution, we all served in one class and encouraged ourselves through ought our studies up to date. The two friends are off great significance in my life. In 2002, Jason and I engaged in developing websites and computer programs. This program helped in developing more experience for my career. In 2005 Adams helped me in securing a job vacancy in Microsoft Corporation, making him one my important in my life and a bridge to turning my dreams into reality.

My attitude and passion contributed to my success; I always stacked to the ways of my uncle, his policies, and beliefs. From his character, I developed a positive attitude and commitment to the field of computer science. My father was a teacher, and so he ensured that I develop a consistent schedule to cover all the lessons in school. His teachings are still evident in my life today, being security, a system security manager requires much commitment as well as time consciousness.
