For instance, the improved high speed train, must be protected by the policies that should be set up in the transport sector. The United States as a nation must come up with the policies that should guide the use of high speed trains. For instance, the policy that should be implemented to make sure that the train remain under the private sector. This is important in limiting the cases of competition that may impact the quality of services provided by the train. For instance, the moment this is implemented in the private sector, they may end up charging prices that cannot be afforded by other people. However, when this technology remains under the public sector, it will be easy to guard the price as well as the quality of services. However, we all know that the government relies a lot on the taxes collected to fund the different activities. The implementation of the superconductivity may be a demanding process and in this case it will require more funds to meet the expectations of the people. It is therefore important for the government to allocate a significant amount of money that can be used in funding the implementation.
