Within the first two years of establishment, the major long term goals and objectives that this night doctor service aims to attain within the first two years is increased delivery of health services at night (Houston and Pickering 2000). Through this goal, the service aims to ensure there are sufficient resources that will be used to meet the needs of the patients who might experience health problems at night.
