I agree with Mr Sullivan on his stand that, the government is embodied with the responsibility of ensuring that equity prevails and fair dealings are upheld by its citizens. Additionally, all individual has a right to learn, get employed, and do business or interact freely without any restrictions. The government must stipulate rules and regulations concerning discrimination and enforce them. This will be possible through severe punishment of individuals violating the set standards.

In conclusion, discrimination based on ethnic diversity started a long time ago, and it is still practised in our societies today. It is the better truth that nobody would like to get discriminated by this aspect in any given place. Basing on the general truth acclaiming do unto others as you would wish others to do for you ties up everything. Our governments are working tirelessly to put the issue into a standstill. However, it is also our responsibility as individuals to make decisions on the same and stop either practising or promoting the issue by all means. Discrimination based on ethnic diversity limits growth and development as a result of internal conflict accompanying it. As a result of such impacts, it calls for imperatively doing away with the issue in all fields either education, business or employment.
