My weaknesses

My first weakness is that I am not confident enough in my task always. When I am trying to undertake my work always or to make my personal decision I always require the peoples to direct me, thus this has obstructed my life so much.

I am too lazy to read the story books and the other sources which can enable me to learn this language. In our school, there are several story books, but I have never taken any initiative to read even one not because I dont have time but because I feel tired when I think of reading them. Laziness has hindered my performance not only in the English learning but also in the entire school activities.

Procrastination has been my greater problem. When I am assigned a task at school, I am always doing it at the last minute. I always encounter the repulsive task with this. This is my biggest challenge because even sometimes I find myself copying the assignment of my colleagues since the time is over to do mine.

The sentence structures also have been my major challenge especially the punctuation. I have an enormous challenge in the differentiating between the negative and the positive form in a sentence. Behind this is I cant use a vocabulary in my work. To me, vocabulary is something which is very complex. I am trying my best to grasp some vocabularies, but I find that I have forgotten almost all of them. The pronunciation of some words has posed a great a challenge to me since I cant differentiate between some words like those which need to be stressed in a sentence mainly because of my ascent. In our exams and even in the class work, the multiple choice questions have been confusing me since I cant clearly differentiate them. Multiple choice questions have brought a great challenge to me. Our lecturers voice is too low for me to hear hence I cant take the notes effectively. I am trying to perfect my language, but I am not accessing the vocabularies which I can grasp more quickly.

My Strengths

One of my strengths is that I am a very quick learner, good time manager and I can quickly adapt the new environment. I am good in the organization thus I organize my work very well. I control myself over a given situation. I always manage my time well, and I will be writing the deadlines of any work in my diary so that I can get to finish my work on time. I like making friends with different peoples from the different places and learning the vocabularies since I admire to perfect my language so much. I am a very sociable and kind person thus I can high as many friends as possible. I am good at stopping and reasoning on the situation given.

Conclusion

According to me, the best way to learn the English language is to have a passion and a constant positive attitude every day since without, one will be just wasting his her time. One should access to a wide variety of books and the assistance from the friends and the lecturer to perfect his or her language. Also for one to learn more efficiently, he or she has to turn his weakness to success and get them be a lesson. One should learn from his or her weakness and devise a means and ways to get rid- off such challenges of English practice.
