Through reflection, I was able to develop meaning to the experience of the global realities of business and HR needs. Additionally, I also understood the various opportunities for the establishment of personal and team expectations. These were important in finding meaning in the global realities of business. I was also able to understand the various HR needs that come with professional experience.

I was also able to understand cross-cultural HR competencies deeply. Through reflection, I was able to understand the various limitations and opportunities that come with Human resource practice. Additionally, I have realized a broader perspective of the human resource practice hence, able to see HR problems before they could happen and through my skills, plan on how to evade them easily.
