The journey of academic pursuit should never present unreasonable difficulties that jeopardize the quest for quenching educational thirst which most young learners across the world face. The cost of education in many developing countries remains not only a hindrance to attaining literacy, but also academics remain unavailable. The era of political struggles in many nations escalated social and economic inequalities that got witnessed in the provision of various social amenities. South Africa suffered apartheid where issues of academics got left in the hands of the white elites as poor Africans remained unschooled as espoused in Koller's video (Koller np). The long struggle towards freedom and independence only realized fewer schools and educational institutions that could not fully serve the majority of the population in affected nations.

Nevertheless, the advent of technology as showcased by Dolphin in her video opened more educational opportunities to many people regardless of their geographical locations. People access education cheaply online in ways that appreciate its low-cost value as opposed to physical institutions which are costly. Koller explains the plight of many women particularly the injured woman in a stampede in South Africa whose only issue was to secure educational opportunity for her son. It is on this background that technology continues to reinvigorate creativity in the contemporary education dispensation (Koller np).

Even though creating technological infrastructure takes a considerable amount of time to set, its use continues to save people time as showcased by Salman in his video. Khan's remarkable academy continues to develop insightful videos on the vibrant nature of technology and its positive effect in the modern education dispensation. In his numerous examples on how technology saves time, he asserts the case of his cousins that he tutors remotely (Salman np). For instance, he tutors his cousins in Orleans apart from the many people that utilize his videos for educational purposes elsewhere. The significant time saved by Salman evidentially showcase as he is based in Boston while his cousins reside in Orleans and can get his videos at almost the same time with the rest of other users. The traditional model of educational procedures demanded people to travel miles away from their homes to access education. However, the advent of technological gadgets continues to save millions of significant amounts of time as they easily get educational information right at their doorsteps. Creativity in education should constitute the means rather than the end through which many people acquire knowledge over a short span of time (Allan and Halverson 60). Therefore, the fastest nature of technology in emancipating people remains one of the many ways through which it reinvigorates the subdued creativity in modern academics.

Most people misconstrue the rigors of academic concepts in various disciplines. Some school dropouts attribute their misfortunes on the complex nature of academics as prescribed in the traditional method of knowledge dissemination (Allan and Halverson 66). However, technology arouse learners interest and effectively makes it interesting to the extent that even complex terms and concepts get further get digested to simpler ones. Khan in his videos explains how his cousins prefer seeing him in the automated video as opposed to in person. Further, he explains the case of autistic learner that develops interests in grasping certain concepts presented through automated videos. It, therefore, explains that the use of videos fundamentally confirms the effectiveness of technology in breaking monotony and simplification of learning concepts. Effective teacher would incorporate the use of technology in his presentation of learning instructions through various means as posited by Khan (Salman np). For instance, the classroom movement and arrangement can get humanized and dehumanized to offer practicality nature of academics. Technology ensures that issues of individual differences occasioned through disability and special needs like in the case of autistic learner get addressed. Ideally, education should offer solution rather than creating one. Therefore, the various means with which technology solves the complexity nature of education by breaking monotony showcase how it can reinvigorate invention in the modern learning (Salman np).

The history of higher education in the US points at a system that went through a lot of changes. Previously, the system produced graduates that would get employed depending on their merit. However, the new matrix presents a different scenario in which education got subjected to political components of the nation. Louis Menand in his article, "Why we have college" asserts two theories in which one promotes meritocracy while the other concerns with the democratization of higher education (Menand np). The usefulness of technology comes in the way through which it harmonizes both issues that seem to compete at the detriment of quality education. Menand in his professional reflection observes the changes that continue to render first academic degree almost insignificant. Most graduates that American universities produce do not possess the right skills relevant to job markets. In his numerous assertions throughout the article, the great professor acknowledges the need for more graduates in high tech courses as most job markets demands such learners. It is, therefore, the practical nature of technology that showcases its significance in the reinvigoration of the creativity that exists in education as it promotes both mass production of scholars while championing meritocracy ideals of higher education (Menand np).

Conclusion

In conclusion, technology continues to realize positive impacts in various socioeconomic and political ideals of humanity. The use of technology in education continues to promote various aspects of learning as pointed out by various scholars. For instance, the boredom and monotony nature of education can get addressed through the use of appropriate ingredients of technology like in the case of video clips developed by Khan. Technology promotes mass production of graduate while insisting on the meritocratic ideals of academics. It eases time burden of understanding instructional objectives despite the considerable large amount of time in developing its infrastructure. Therefore, this paper has presented a critical discussion on how technology defines the education future in the contemporary world through its effective means of reinvigorating the creativity attached with academic concepts.
