Introduction

The survey below was conducted by students from the Institution for tourism studies to know the quality of services offered in Haidilaoa and several aspects were taken into consideration as far as service quality is concerned. Therefore, putting in place the best management strategies or rather suggestions will promote attaining quality management as evidenced through customer satisfaction and maximum profits. Thus, shows that best performance in every business is directly proportional to management quality. The following are suggestions basing on the quality management.

Waiting Time

The above factor taken into consideration, customers strongly agreeing that the waiting time for them to be served was acceptable were the majority having a total percentile of sixty. Most customers were contented with the time that the waiters took for them to get their respective services although a few were not pleased with time the majority count meant that the service provider facility worked on customers needs swiftly to ensure satisfaction of their needs and their comfort as well

The Greeter Directs the Customers

It was found out that the greeters were hospitable in that they showed the customers the restroom and the flavoring table as they led them to the table so that they can give their respective orders. A third of the whole lot of customers we interviewed strongly agreed that they were directed on the various halls and rooms of rests before being served. Four out of fifteen also decided on the same.G generally, the majority of the customers agreed that the attendants were much hospitable and offered them services that they had not requested like directing them on where to get the restrooms and the flavoring tables

Preparing Tableware

Tablewares which include aprons, hairbands and carpets were availed to the customers when a need arose. This is evident as per the number of customers who strongly agree and agree with the same, which had a majority count although some were neutral while some disagreed those that agreed outdid them, concluding that table wares and other necessities were availed to the customers when need be

Serving

Serving which includes the condition of the plates, explanation of notifications, time of service and the fulfilling of beverages are vital things in a service industry like the hotel. According to the survey which we conducted more so based on the condition of the utensils like plates customers gave their views and recommendations. Most customers were satisfied with the state of the tools like plates saying that they were in good condition for service .sixty percent of the total number of customers we interacted with were happy with the situation of service which of much consideration are the plates which were used to serve them

Seasoning Recommendations and Suggestions Provided

Proposals and suggestions significant and play a key role in customer satisfaction as far as the service industry is concerned. The recommendations and suggestions help improve the quality of service given to the customers, As per the number of customers who go to Haidilao most agreed that they were given a chance to participate in the quality of service offered thereby collecting their suggestions and recommendations on the variety of the services provided.

Conclusion

In conclusion, as evidenced in the database showing an increasing number of customers visiting Haidilao, this proofs that customers willing to purchase more of your products are based on the quality management in your company or business, also appreciates customer involvement by putting in consideration raised concerns and opinions.
